LeadAid covers the gaps. Overflow, after-hours, follow-up. Most clients keep their existing staff and use LeadAid for the 35% of calls that were going to voicemail.
Patient data is processed on secure, established platforms (including GoHighLevel, WhatsApp and Twilio), some of which are hosted outside South Africa. As your practice's POPIA Operator, LeadAid only processes this data on your instructions and never for our own purposes. Cross-border transfers are covered by data-processing agreements meeting POPIA's Chapter 9 / s72 requirements, and we sign an Operator Agreement with every practice.
Most practices go live within 7–10 working days. We'll need a few documents (your CIPC certificate, proof of address, director's ID), a short intake form, and a 30-minute onboarding call. From there we handle the build, the WhatsApp copy, testing, and go-live.
